WELCOME TO THE 83rd ANNUAL NIKE-ROTARY INVITATIONAL TRACK AND FIELD MEET.  THIS YEARS MEET WILL BE HELD ON THE  24th  AND 25th DAY OF MARCH, 2023. TO BE HELD AT AUSTIN FIELD, ON THE CAMPUS OF CHANDLER HIGH SCHOOL.

To allow for an equitable and fair payment of entries the following is how schools will be assessed an entry fee:

In State:  $10.00 per individual event athletes are entered.  $20.00 per relay that a school is entered in.  Entry cap is $400 per school.

Out of State Team:  Per gender $50.

Out of State Individual:  $10.00 per athlete entered.  Capped at out of state Team Rates.

 

• Entry Fee will be based upon entries that are set for Saturday 11:59PM.  Any athlete scratched prior to this will NOT be assessed an entry Fee. 

• Alternates in events WILL NOT BE assessed an entry fee. Any alternate placed into an event on race day will NOT be charged an entry fee.

• Final Entry Fees will be emailed to each coach Monday Morning March 18.

• Prior to these dates a payment in the amounts of $400-$300-$200-$50-$10 can be made online.  Any overpayments will be credited back on the card used to make payment.

 

 

THE PREFERED METHOD OF PAYMENT WILL BE THROUGH THE CHANDLER COMMUNITY EDUCATION PAGE OF CUSD80.COM AND A CREDIT CARD.  OVERPAYMENTS WILL BE REFUNDED BACK TO THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR PAYMENTS. IF YOU ARE GOING TO SEND PAYMENT IN A FORM OF ACHECK DO NOT SEND UNTIL YOU KNOW THE ENTRY FEE AMOUNT.

 

A SCHOOL PURCHASE ORDER SHOULD BE MADE FOR THE MAXIMUN AMOUNT AND AN INVOICE WILL BE SENT TO THE SCHOOL FOR PAYMENT—BASED ON ENTRIES
